shots on boredom

It's more than a couple of months since the last time I've posted some of my shots here. Because of my dramas, it seems that I can't find a perfect angle and a perfect timing to take some good shots. Earlier I feel so bored and can’t think of anything to do, so I tried writing some post but to no avail I can’t come up with any…I am not really in the good mood to write. So I just grabbed my cam and tried to take some shots and good thing I got the right lighting and angle this time. Thanks to boredom! hehehe.. New YEAR; New LIFE

I am hoping that alot of good things are in store for me this 2009 coz alot of unexpected and not so good things had happened in the previous year. I know that a lot of great challenges will come through this New Year so I would like to start the year right by forgiving those persons who left me hanging, leaving my non-sense worries and live a happy life which I deserve. :)

I consider this New Year as a new sunrise for me, a second chance to make things right. This is a time for me to go to a new horizon, a new HOPE, a new LIFE and a new BEGINNING. HAPPY 2009 EVERYONE!

feels really good being a kid

When we were kids, the moment you see the blinking Christmas lights in the pavement and your mom start fixing your recycled Christmas tree, you'll definitely start to feel the Christmas spirit. Right?! But now it’s another way around. Even mom’s keep on hanging those Christmas decors to light up our spirits, I still keep on saying "few days from now, it's already Christmas but I still can't feel it.." (*sigh) Is it because of the stress I am getting from work, is it the way that I think or is it because the more you get older the less you feel the light spirit of Christmas. Hay, sarap talaga maging bata! (feels really good being a kid!)

sulu! when lights-get-going!

Sulu (su-lu) is a Kapampangan term for light/lamp ("ilaw" in tagalog). Aside from nature and youngsters, one of my favorite subject is light. Am not sure if everyone will agree but i consider it as one of the good subject to shoot because it always gives a unique hue and exceptional harmony when you got the right angle. wow! the lights-get-going! :)

at the park

I've been too busy lately at work (you know tapings, interviews, shooting and all! hehehe.. just kiddin!) and can't find time to update my blog. but now i'm back into the loop again! :) Here are some shots i took at the city park (Bayanihan Park, Angeles City-Philippines) where we usually take a 15 minutes walk after a 10 hours stressful work.

this arch structure is the city's landmark called salakot- a giant native hat (salakot is a native hat made of nipa palm)
