There's Still Tomorrow. AMEN!

Santino. May Bukas Pa"Santino... Santino..." Am very much sure that everybody knows him coz everybody loves this little charming boy of ABS-CBN's television series, May Bukas Pa (There's Still Tomorrow). Admittedly, I am hooked up with this Marcelino Pan Y Vino inspired series. Probably because it has a promising storyline, good set of actors and of course a little-witty-kiddo-lead character, Santino (played by Zaijan Jaranilla). I always wanted to go home early just to catch this up! No overtime for now! AMEN! :)

Just to give an insight of the series. It is a story of a kindhearted young boy, an orphan named Santino longing for the love of his mother. He was abandoned in a cemetery near the friar's monastery when he was an infant and adopt by the friars in a small town, Bagong Pag-asa. With his simple good ways and of course with the help of his friend "BRO" (Jesus Christ) he can do miracles to change, help and save the lives of the people in his town.

While May Bukas Pa keeps on getting positive reviews, Santino's continuous to capture everyone's heart. And actually this series made its way as the current top-rated primetime show in the Philippines. So to all the Filipino Teleserye fans in the US, don't miss this series guys! You will definitely enjoy this series like I do! If you don't have TFC (The Filipino Channel), why don't you call the nearest Direct TV Satellite Television in your area or check out Directtv.com and inquire about their Direct TV deals and subscription.

Be MORE Beautiful!

>> Saturday, March 14, 2009

Be MORE Beautiful!I had a little chat with Jelnah in Facebook this morning and aside from unstoppable "HAHAHA!" and "HEHEHE!" we had a chance to talk some nonsense (joke!) about her diet and some other plans of course. If you'll ask what type of diet she's into? Hell! It's a force diet in preparation of her best friend's wedding! And the plans? Whew! I'll just post a little portion of our conversation…

(...)
Dylan: Hey friend, aside from your diet would you consider plastic surgery?

Jelnah: Yes I would consider it. I have already some plans regarding that. Who doesn't want to be beautiful right? But in my case, since I am already beautiful, all I want is to be more beautiful! Hahaha!

Dylan: Hahaha! Do I have a choice not to agree with that? :) But what part of your body would you like to be MORE beautiful? I really hate to say the word beautiful! Hahaha!

Jelnah: What a question! Let's pretend this is a Q&A portion of a beauty contest. Hmmm... If I were given a chance, I would consider a little tummy tack to remove excess fats. Just the excess OK coz I want to keep my voluptuous body! Hahaha!

Dylan: Hahaha! You really make me crazy! Actually that's not bad you really need it, that's for sure! Just kidding! :) But seriously you can check the site MYA (Make Yourself Amazing) for free plastic surgery advice.

Jelnah: I'll definitely check that one later to get more tips! You know what, if I were given a chance I would consider traveling long distance even overseas just to ensure my surgery is done by a competent and reputable center.

Dylan: WOW! Wish granted! Hahaha! How I wish I am your Genie so I could grant your request! :) Better yet check the site I have provided gal so you can make a little research about the tummy tack procedures so you know what you are getting into okie dokie?!

Jelnah: Okie dokie! I am ready for any pain my dear. In the name of beauty I'll definitely do everything! Hehehe! But from the articles I have read, cosmetic surgery is less aggressive. So the pain is less because of anesthesia and it's just a little blood lost. :)

Dylan: WOW! (again!) Brave words from someone who have an extreme fear of blood and needles huh! Hahaha!
(...)

I never thought that my friend is willing to do all that procedures just to be "MORE" beautiful. (I said MORE my friend, not simply beautiful! Hehehe!) Well, everyone deserves to be beautiful! A little enhancement won't hurt! :)

The picture above is from net, not my friend's picture OK! Hahaha!

shots on boredom

>> Sunday, March 8, 2009

It's more than a couple of months since the last time I've posted some of my shots here. Because of my dramas, it seems that I can't find a perfect angle and a perfect timing to take some good shots. Earlier I feel so bored and can’t think of anything to do, so I tried writing some post but to no avail I can’t come up with any…I am not really in the good mood to write. So I just grabbed my cam and tried to take some shots and good thing I got the right lighting and angle this time. Thanks to boredom! hehehe.. Here are some of the shots guys, take a look and hope you'll like it! :)

A Salute to the Master Rapper

>> Friday, March 6, 2009

Francis Magalona: Master Rapper"Life is too short to waste for worries.
Let's live, laugh, love, forgive, move on and celebrate the beauty of life!"

This is the first thing I have realized after receiving a text from a friend earlier that the Master Rapper, Francis "Kiko" Magalona has passed away at the age of 44 after a long battle with leukemia. The first time I read the text message I wasn’t convinced at all, I am thinking it’s another bogus text message until I checked the web news and sadly confirmed- “Master Rapper Francis Magalona, 44, passed away Friday..”

I am a big fan of Francis M and I feel so bad that we lost a great man with such a great talent. Rapper, songwriter, actor, photographer, director, patriot - that is Kiko. Am sure his music won’t stop here, because his songs will continue to hum in our hearts and his legacy to the music industry will live on forever! A high salute for you Master Rapper! We’ll surely miss The Man from Manila!
